I’m a bridge builder. I know how important identity is to shaping and connecting people and ideas. I build my bridges through The Domus Vitae Standard™ for residential design, books, consulting, and investing. I believe in the power of perspectives to create a richer, more meaningful world.

My niche is pet-centric home design, where I design for the lifestyle of living with our animals. I am the Founder of the Domus Vitae Standard,™ which is a multi-disciplinary framework that blends building science, universal design, and biology and considers the needs of all its inhabitants.

Investing by Sara Salam

I invest in properties that include short-term rentals, long-term rentals, land, and parks. I buy these properties and turn them into spaces where people can connect with each other and themselves. I am also a private money lender to support others’ real estate goals.

I write across multiple genres, including fiction, nonfiction, and poetry. I also wrote a children’s book about my dog, Neela.
