My niche is Sensory Systems Design. I optimize how a home’s systems (air, sound, surfaces) function under the load of modern multi-species living. I am the Founder of the Domus Vitae Standard™, which is a multi-disciplinary framework that blends building science, universal design, and biology and considers the needs of all its inhabitants – including humans and their pets.

Investing by Sara Salam

I invest in properties that include short-term rentals, long-term rentals, land, and parks. I buy these properties and turn them into spaces where people can connect with each other and themselves. I am also a private money lender to support others’ real estate goals.

I write across multiple genres, including fiction, nonfiction, and poetry. I also wrote a children’s book about my dog, Neela.
